A 50% deposit is required to secure your time slot, with the remaining balance due at the time of service. All treatments are arranged especially for you, so please let us know in advance if you have any specific requirements.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling (72 hours for group bookings). Rescheduling within the notice period may incur a 25% fee. Late cancellations will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking value.
Please arrive 15 minutes early, as late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.
Bookings cannot be changed on the day, and no refunds are provided for late arrival or change of mind.

During your first visit, we will have a brief consultation to understand your preferences and any specific needs. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.

Comfortable clothing is recommended. For package treatments, robes and slippers will be provided upon arrival. During massage treatments, guests are required to keep their underpants on (disposable underpants are available if preferred). You will be professionally draped with towels or sheets at all times to ensure your comfort and privacy.

We offer select treatments tailored for expectant mothers. When booking, please let us know if you’re pregnant so we can recommend the right service—our pregnancy massage is available from 15 to 35 weeks gestation.

We don’t offer parking on-site, but there is a multi-level parking facility directly opposite the hotel called First Parking. We provide discount vouchers for a flat rate, making parking more affordable for our guests.
