During your first visit, we will have a brief consultation to understand your preferences and any specific needs. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and to relax before your treatment.

You don’t need to bring anything special. We provide robes, slippers, and all necessary amenities. If you’re having a facial, you may prefer to come without makeup.

Comfortable clothing is recommended. For package treatments, you will be provided with a robe and slippers. During the treatment, you will be draped with towels or sheets to ensure privacy.

We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling (72 hours’ for group booking). Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash. A 50% deposit is required to secure your time slot, with the remaining balance due at the time of service.
